Sample Submission

Proteomics and genomics experiments can be proposed either as collaborative projects or as a service. For scientific collaborations with academic, government, and non-profit laboratories, there will be a minimum charge to cover costs for supplies and instruments maintenance.

Submission Procedure

• Before shipping samples to mitoSYSTEMS, please contact us at an early stage to discuss processing requirements and best shipping conditions.
• We request the shipment tracking number so that we can store samples appropriately upon arrival.
• If you send samples on (dry) ice, please avoid shipping over the weekend.
• All samples submitted to mitoSYSTEMS must be accompanied with a sample submission form.
• We require a valid purchase order (PO) to be attached to the form:
  • Proteomics Sample Submission Form
  • Genomics Sample Submission Form (coming soon)

Important

DATA STORAGE: Once analyses have been completed the clients are responsible to collect and archive their raw data. MitoSYSTEMS Research Centre will not store RAW data older than 6 months after completion. Database search results will not be stored more than two months. Please contact us to arrange for your data transfer.
